Responsibilities



    Ensure the availability of office administration manual
    Ensure the implementation office operation administration in the scope of his/her responsibilities properly
    Ensure the dissemination implementation of Administrative System Manual and electronic correspondence
    Ensure the availability of reports and review of activities relevant to the administration office on a regular basis.
    Ensure the availability of SOP Office Administration policies improvement for quality improving

Requirements

    Male
    Maximum 25 years old for Diploma 3 Degree candidates and maximum 27 years old for Bachelor (S1) Degree candidates
    Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
    Minimum Diploma 3 Degree majoring in Office Administration, Statistics, Mathematics and Informatics Engineering from reputable university
    Minimum 1 year experience in same position
    Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office and internet
    Proficient in English both oral and written
    Able to work well and thoroughly
    Able to work individually or in team

Responsibilities

    Ensuring formulated important issues (objective) about Revenue & Performance Sales / Marketing Planning / Marketing Program Monitoring / Corporate Sales Strategy / Commercial Product & Brand Management / Portfolio Management Channel / e-Business / Promotion Management / Marketing PR and Customer Relationship Management, through the analysis, formulation, compilation, modeling, forecasting data / information in order to see the development of mass / other related indicators as inputs that need to be anticipated by management.
    Ensuring availability of alternative solutions or recommendations about Revenue & Sales Performance improvement / Marketing Planning / Marketing Program Monitoring / Corporate Sales Strategy / Commercial Product & Brand Management / Portfolio Management Channel / e-Business / Promotion Management / Marketing PR and Customer Relationship Management to improve the quality of management decisions.
    Ensuring understanding of the process, methodology or recommendation about Performance Revenue & Sales / Marketing Planning / Marketing Program Monitoring / Corporate Sales Strategy / Commercial Product & Brand Management / Portfolio Management Channel / e-Business / Promotion Management / Marketing PR and Customer Relationship Management optimally by the related parties.

Requirements

Responsibilities

    Ensure the achievement of Sales & Revenue target that have been imposed in the form of Branch Office Sales & Revenue Budget
    Ensure the achievement of target Sales Travel Span / Budget of each sales corporate client
    Ensure sales coaching services to corporate client, sales agent, agent, and other distribution channels
    Ensure the availability of reports the results of performance studies and evaluation of the corporate sales client, sub-agent, agent, other distribution channels
    Ensure the implementation of marketing & promotion program/ activities to increase sales
    Ensure a good awakening partnerships with key account sales corporate client, sales agent, agent, and other distribution channels

Requirements

    Male/ female
    Maximum 27 years old
    Attractive appearance and energic
    Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Communication from reputable university
    Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing & Sales area, preferably at airline business, insurance and banking
    Possess good strategic planning and organizational skills, business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, and self-motivated
    Experienced in planning and running the event on a large scale
    Proficient in English both oral and written
    Likes challenges and able to work under pressure and exceed the target
    Computer and information systems applications literate, minimum Microsoft Office and internet
    Will be placed in Marketing and Corporate Sales Branch Office, Jakarta
